Great location just a short walk away from Heiligwasserlift. Particularly good options for breakfast with meat/cheese, chef at the counter and champagne. Efficient check-in, parking onsite.

Loved enjoyable breakfast, great-sized room.
Location: the hotel was very close to centre of Insbruck and local ski slopes of Patschkerkofel. Had a really nice stay on an Alpine vacation, and would stay here again...

The staff were particularly helpful and obliging in every possible way. It was much nicer than staying in Innsbruck particularly if you are there for the outdoor activities.
The Hotel could improve its comfort rating dramatically in summer if it installed some air conditioning. Locks on the bathroom doors would be nice. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room as standard would be useful.

Comfortable and absolutely fabulous accommodation
Accommodating staff especially at check-out. Delicious breakfast with chef-prepared hot dishes, jams, meat, and cheese. - Marvellous and lovely location near local ski slopes of Patschkerkofel. - Convenient proximity to Innsbruck and Patscherkofel cable car.

Old furnished, old bathroom, noise from very close roads (Lanser- and Iglerstrasse), price is not quite adequate for such services

This was a perfect week of relaxation and enjoyment. There is something for everyone here- hiking, golf, riding, swimming and that was just in summer when the skifields are not open. If all that gets too much, it is only 10 minutes on the bus to Innsbruck for shopping, museums and restaurants. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough!
